Ferie Bailey is a dedicated professional whose vast experience and strong negotiating skills make her a valuable asset to her buyers and sellers alike. A world class adventurer, Ferie is no stranger to challenges which includes climbing the Atlas Mountains to scuba diving in Phuket island.

She has learned discipline from her days as a ballerina and paying attention to details from the days of being an artist in fine arts. She learned her perseverance from studying classical music. Ferie worked in an executive position for Baker Eastern, Inc., an international oil corporation, prior to pursuing her real estate career. Through the experience of negotiating international contracts she learned the art of negotiation.

Ferie specializes in residential, exclusive estates, and investment properties. She enjoys coordinating real estate transactions and overseeing every minor detail to ensure that the process runs smoothly for her clients involved. With her negotiation skills, she has been able to look out for her clients financial interest and see that all negotiating processes run efficiently, and as trouble free as possible. She prides herself on her ability to potentially save her clients many thousands of dollars during each transaction, and to follow through and with her work at a fast pace.

Among her other many clients, Ferie has represented many doctors, attorneys, a senior executive of Mission Hospital, Charles Apt (the American painter), Jason Lezak an Olympic swimmer, and many satisfied wonderful people from all phases of life, both locally and internationally.

She prefers to consult with clients on their 10 to 15 year real estate investment strategies, and keeps them continually informed on how to accumulate wealth in real estate.
